Challenges

A French waste management & energy leader wanted to strengthen its middle management’s awareness and understanding of digital transformation. They have dipped in tech culture (big data & AI, smart city, open innovation, agility, scalability) and experience new ways of working. 

Methodology

We facilitated a week-long learning expedition for the middle management of the company in Berlin to meet with German startups, accelerators and tech companies, leaders in digital transformation in different sectors. We finished the week with a day-long workshop to create an action plan for the company based on the key learning points of the week.
